Job summary

You will collaborate with radiologists and the care team to provide compassionate education and support throughout the imaging experience.

This role may float across UCLA Health imaging locations, with rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Licenses: ARRT + CRT required, or ARRT + ARMRIT (MR) required.
• BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• 3 years MRI experience required.
• Graduate from a Radiologic Technologist Program preferred.
• Venipuncture certificate preferred.
• AA or BS degree preferred.
• Siemens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for MRI safety.
• Administer contrast media.
• Operate advanced MRI and 3D post-processing equipment.
• Ensure accurate image processing and archival.
• Liaise with radiologists and care team; provide education and support.
• Rotate to all UCLA Health imaging sites; weekend/holiday/on-call as needed.
