Job summary

Penn State Health - Holy Spirit Medical Center seeks a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist to operate MRI scanners while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The candidate will be responsible for administering contrast dosage and interviewing patients.

Must have ARRT or ARMRIT registration and Basic Life Support certification. The position offers a benefits package including medical, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Registered in MRI or registry eligible.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and monitor patient safety.
• Administer gadolinium contrast dosage intravenously.
• Interview patients, explain MRI procedures and position them.

Education

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT)
