Job summary

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) seeks an MRI Technologist to provide general MRI and MRA procedures to support patient flow. The ideal candidate brings ARRT or ARMRIT credentials and at least three years of MRI experience along with PACS/RIS proficiency and strong teamwork. A current BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of MRI experience.
• Experience with PACS/RIS and general computer applications.
• Valid BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and train others when needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with policies.
• Participate in development and implementation of procedures.
• Perform quality control and calibrations on MRI equipment.
• Log equipment errors and coordinate with service engineers.
• Maintain Radiology QA programs and policy manuals.
• Practice sterile technique and prevent cross-contamination.
• Maintain patient records in the PACS system and generate CDs as requested.
• Procure supplies and ensure PPE is used appropriately.
