Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to support on-site imaging at our Atlantic Station campus.

You will perform MRI procedures across age groups, position patients, select correct protocols, and monitor image quality while following ACR guidelines and QA processes. You’ll also document procedures and provide patient education, with remote guidance to on-site staff to foster teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an MRI Technologist.
• ARRT MRI (MR) Advanced certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures on patients of all ages.
• Position patients and select appropriate protocols.
• Maintain proficiency in non-scanner components.
• Follow imaging protocols and QA per ACR guidelines.
• Provide patient education and ensure safety.
• Train on-site staff during remote sessions.
