Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or 4+ years of electronic equipment service experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant MRI service experience.
• MRI troubleshooting, repair and installation capabilities.
• Valid driver's license and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and timely troubleshooting on MRI equipment.
• Lead installations and validate system performance across modalities.
• Escalate and communicate with customers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with regional teams to implement action plans and drive service revenue.
