Job summary

Expleo is seeking an MRB Design Engineer IV-VI to provide advanced engineering leadership in disposition and repair development for aerospace programs. This on-site role in Wichita, KS focuses on complex analyses, cross-functional collaboration, and driving MRB improvements across programs.

Levels IV–VI may be considered based on experience, with opportunities to influence technical standards and strategic direction while working in a collaborative, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Aerospace/Mechanical/Structural Engineering or related field.
• ABET-accredited or Washington Accord recognized program.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, analysis, and disposition of complex aerospace nonconformances.
• Develop repair and rework solutions considering airworthiness, cost, and schedule.
• Provide technical justification and documentation for MRB decisions.
• Define and standardize MRB processes and methodologies.
• Mentor engineers and develop organizational capability.
