Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional attitude and demeanor.
• Experience in general labor or warehouse is helpful.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Frequent walking and standing.
• Stamina to lift heavy items when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assists with sorting, packing, organizing, and moving household items.
• Prepare and stage homes for estate sale and online auctions.
• Load, unload, and transport items safely (furniture, decor, personal belongings, etc).
• Work in teams to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Interact respectfully with clients and their families during transitional times.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Provide compassionate customer service while safely moving and resettling items.
• Duties may be assigned as needed.
