Qualifications

• Compassion and respect for clients and families.
• Strong verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently in fast-changing environments.
• Willingness to work in cluttered/dirty spaces with PPE provided.
• Reliable transportation and scheduling tools access.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with downsizing, relocation, and liquidation of client items.
• Organize, pack, and resettle clients in homes and senior communities.
• Sort items for recycling, donation, and disposal; assist with on-site sales.
• Handle items for resale and assist estate sale buyers during pickup.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
