Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing web or Electron applications.
• Excellent technical knowledge of C#/.NET and React.
• Strong experience and knowledge of Azure and Azure resources.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices (code reviews, CI/CD, testing, documentation).
• Experience in agile/scrum environments implementing full stack features and dev experience enhancements.
• UI design experience and UX principles understanding.
• Knowledge of web platforms and reuse strategies.
• Proven track record maintaining and debugging live production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the delivery of complex software projects across multiple languages and tools.
• Develop high‑quality software applications using standard frameworks and design patterns.
• Demonstrate proficiency across languages, tools, and technologies.
• Perform performance tuning, profiling, and usability assessments.
• Identify and remediate issues related to code quality, security, and patterns/frameworks.
• Debug, maintain, and enhance live systems used in critical operations.
• Collaborate with Motorsports Engineering, trackside operations, and Global Engineering.
• Mentor junior developers and review code to uphold team standards.
