Responsibilities

• Process a variety of IRP and Permanent Fleet Registration (PFR) transactions.
• Perform quality control on work performed by Motor Vehicle Representatives and participants of the Interstate Carrier Program via email and telephone.
• Handle escalated telephone calls.
• Collaborate with policy on work‑related issues.
• Provide technical support to the public, field offices, audits, and the California Highway Patrol.
