• PhD (Robotics/CS/CE/ME) or Master's with 7+ years in robotics.
• 10+ years research in robotics or motion planning.
• 5+ years C++ software development for production systems.
• Experience owning end-to-end development from concept to deployment.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D of novel motion planning algorithms and sub-systems.
• Define interfaces with other subsystems and projects.
• Monitor system performance and develop improvement strategies.
• Mentor junior and senior team members and promote engineering excellence.
• Architect and integrate motion planning and prediction algorithms for real-world deployment.
• Build a robust, scalable codebase for rapid exploration and evaluation.
