Job summary

Silverback Strategies, a performance marketing agency, seeks a Senior Creative Producer to translate strategy into visuals and deliver high-quality static and video ads for paid social. You will ensure brand consistency, navigate regulatory reviews, and push creative boundaries within guardrails.

You will collaborate with a Creative Strategist, manage fast production timelines, and maintain client-ready assets across a high volume of variations and formats.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a hands-on creative production role — Art Director, Senior Designer, Creative Producer, or similar — with dedicated performance/paid social experience
• A portfolio shows range across both static design and video/motion editing, ideally for paid social specifically
• Experience working within brand guidelines of varying depth and translating them into new creative applications
• Experience in regulated or highly regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance, legal, or similar) is a strong plus, given our client base
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and layered approval processes

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into visuals: partner with Creative Strategist to turn briefs into visual concepts and assets
• Produce both statics and video: design static ad creative and edit short-form video for paid social
• Interpret brand guidance and ensure on-brand output across variations
• Navigate regulated-industry review cycles to minimize revisions while maintaining quality
• Push brands into new creative territory within brand-safety guardrails
• Select and edit raw footage/imagery into finished assets
• Own asset quality and turnaround with minimal revisions
• Maintain visual consistency at scale across ad variations and platforms
