Burson, part of WPP, seeks an experienced Sr. Motion & Film Creative to join our Craft team. You will edit video content, build motion graphics, and shepherd edits across a wide range of brands.

You’ll lead the creative process, collaborate with producers and editors, and oversee post-production workflows and asset management. A strong reel and 6–8+ years in post-production are required.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of post-production, editing, and motion design experience in an agency or production setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong reel/portfolio demonstrating high-end video editing and motion graphics across social/content campaigns.
• Knowledge of social/digital formats and branded storytelling.
• Collaborative, leadership-driven with client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content and create motion graphics for multiple devices and channels.
• Lead end-to-end creative process from briefs to rough cuts and final deliverables.
• Direct on-set and content capture with producers or art directors.
• Maintain asset quality, specs, and compliant post-production workflows.
• Oversee post-production operations, media lifecycle, and taxonomies.
• Manage Burson Vimeo and Frame.io accounts and the agency showreel.
