Oklahoma City Thunder is seeking a Motion Graphics Lead for ThunderVision in Oklahoma City. You will produce animations for digital signage and on-court entertainment, lead a team of designers, and ensure quality aligned with brand guidelines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of motion graphics experience, with proficiency in Cinema 4D and Adobe software. Live production experience is a plus; work includes evenings and game days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in motion graphics.
• Experience leading a small team of animators or designers.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Live production knowledge and ability to work during events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce graphic animations for ThunderVision’s digital signage systems.
• Conceptualize and transform scripts into motion graphics while following brand guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of animators and motion designers.
• Develop in-game entertainment content for on-court and fan experiences.
• Provide feedback to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Design graphic elements for media presentations across departments.
• Research and support motion graphics software/hardware upgrades.
• Establish organized processes for daily operations and projects.
