Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join our Creative team in Chicago. You will design, animate, and deliver high-impact motion across brand, campaign, social, and executive channels, advancing scalable templates and governance.

You’ll own complex motion assignments from concept through delivery, building reusable systems and templates while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and accessibility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in film, motion design or related field.
• 5–7+ years of motion design, animation, and video experience in agency, in-house, studio, or production.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro; knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Create Motion Graphics, Animation & Visual Effects across brand and campaign channels.
• Develop Storyboards, Style Frames, Animatics and finished motion solutions.
• Build modular motion systems, templates and reusable assets for scalable production.
• Advance motion standards, governance and accessibility across enterprise.
