Qualifications

Responsibilities

Operate multi-axis tables (single, two, and three axis) according to test procedures; load payloads, configure motion profiles, and run automated tests.
Perform preventive maintenance on drive electronics, encoders, bearings, and subsystems; log service actions in CMMS.
Diagnose and troubleshoot table faults using diagnostics, oscilloscope data, and vendor software; calibrate positioning accuracy and dynamic response before test campaigns.
Maintain and update SOPs for table operation, safety interlocks, and changeover procedures; train junior staff.
Support general lab duties: handle inertial equipment, assist in shipping/receiving, data acquisition, and ensure data integrity.
