Qualifications

• 3+ years prior mortgage experience required.
• 2+ years processing or junior underwriting experience.
• Non-QM underwriting experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and clear underwriting conditions.
• Update LOS based on received documents.
• Complete Checklist for clear to close.
• Communicate with sales and internal teams.
• Respond to audits and maintain documentation.
