Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Mortgage sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of managing staff and department activities.
• Proven ability to build external networks and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the mortgage department, aligning performance with strategic goals and production targets.
• Drive mortgage production through strategic growth initiatives and market expansion.
