Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review/process up to 70+ mortgage loan files per month.
• Collect, analyze, and verify borrower income and property details.
• Ensure compliance with TRID, RESPA, and company policies.
