Luminate Home Loans, Inc. in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to originate and manage residential loans from contact through closing.

This on-site role focuses on building relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and internal partners while guiding borrowers through the loan process. You will review financial documentation, collaborate with underwriting and processing teams, ensure compliance, monitor pipelines, and pursue production goals with ethical lending

Qualifications

• Experienced Loan Officer with progressive responsibility in Mortgage Industry.
• Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA and other loan programs.
• Understanding of underwriting principles, risk assessment and documentation.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build trust.
• Proven track record of meeting production targets in a lending environment.
• Familiarity with federal, state and local mortgage regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with mortgage origination systems and standard office software.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Ability to collaborate with underwriting, processing, closing and branches on-site.
• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/finance.
• Valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license as required.
