Orange County's Federal Credit Union in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Senior Mortgage Lending Operations Specialist who will perform advanced cross-functional support across mortgage lending sales, operations, processing, closing, and funding.

You will be a subject matter expert across multiple mortgage disciplines, coordinate pipelines, review documentation, ensure compliance, and provide exceptional member service in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of mortgage lending experience in operations, funding, closing, or related mortgage functions.
• Registered with the NMLS as a Mortgage Loan Originator
• Experience across multiple mortgage lending disciplines preferred
• Experience as SME or senior contributor preferred

• Cross-Functional Mortgage Lending Support across sales, operations, processing, closing, and funding.
• Coordinate loan origination, pipeline management, and status tracking.
• Review and validate closing documents and funding conditions.
