The candidate should have an Associate's Degree in finance or mortgage lending with 2–4 years of experience in mortgage lending, and possess strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate with applicants and underwriters.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in finance or mortgage lending with 2–4 years of experience in a mortgage lending/finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Interview loan applicants to gather information relevant to credit, employment, and financial history.
• Gather, analyze, and process documentation from applicants, credit bureaus, employers, and creditors to verify financial information.
• Review and organize loan information to provide a usable credit file for underwriting.
• Communicate with applicants, underwriters, and creditors to resolve questions.
• Collaborate with team members to assist Branch Manager and Loan Officers in processing loans.
• May supervise and lead the work of others.
