Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union is recruiting for a Mortgage Loan Processor at our Corporate Office in Phoenix, AZ. You will handle mortgage loan processing steps from application to closing, coordinating with borrowers, title companies, underwriters, and closers to ensure accurate and complete documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and potentially a two-year degree or certification. You’ll work to meet SLAs and support member service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Two-year college degree or relevant certification/training completed.
• 3–5 years of similar or related mortgage loan processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide range of mortgage loan applications to prepare packages for closing.
• Coordinate with borrowers, title company, underwriter, and others to obtain required documentation.
• Review and verify credit reports, income, assets, and disclosures for compliance with policies.
• Order and review appraisals, flood certifications, and other required documents.
• Maintain timely workflow to meet SLAs and ensure high member satisfaction.
• Assist in training staff and serve as primary contact for processing questions.
