Hancock Whitney Corp. is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to verify and assemble loan files, review documentation, and prepare packages for underwriting and closing.
You will input data into the Mortgage Loan Operating System (LOS), ensure completeness, and communicate discrepancies to the appropriate party. You will coordinate with lenders to obtain abstracts, appraisals, and credit updates, rerun AUS when needed, and help ensure timely closing by tracking dates and required items
Verifies that the information received is accurate and acceptable. Requires a basic knowledge of mortgage documents, review underwriting conditions, acquire required documentation, and is responsible for the final presentation of the loan package to an underwriter for the final decision by performing the following duties.
