Acrisure Mortgage is actively seeking seasoned Mortgage Loan Originators for our Gainesville, FL branch. The role focuses on building a robust referral network, assessing borrower needs, and guiding clients through the loan process with accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have proven retail origination experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and VA loan products.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination experience.
• Documented residential mortgage loans closed volume in the past 12 months of $750,000 - $1,000,000 per month in production.
• Established relationships with local referral networks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, across audiences.
• Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
• Strong PC skills and experience with laptop technology.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and maintain active NMLS licensure.
