Acrisure Mortgage is seeking seasoned Mortgage Loan Originators for our Coconut Creek, FL branch. You will identify and nurture a quality network of relationships, advising clients on suitable loan products—Conventional, FHA, and VA—and guiding them through the process with compliant, timely communication.

Success hinges on strong networking, clear written and verbal communication, and a track record of closing residential loans with adherence to SAFE Act requirements and active NMLS licensure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination experience.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain referral networks.
• Proficiency with conventional, FHA, and VA loan product guidelines.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements and maintain active NMLS licensure.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers to assess financial needs and advise on suitable loan products.
• Navigate borrowers through the loan process and gather required information.
• Ensure accurate loan documentation and regulatory compliance.
