Acrisure Mortgage is seeking seasoned Mortgage Loan Originators for our Westlake, FL branch. The role focuses on developing a quality network of referral partners such as realtors and builders, interviewing clients, and guiding them through the loan process with a strong emphasis on compliance and accuracy.

The position requires 3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination, track record of monthly production, and active NMLS licensure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination experience.
• Documented residential mortgage loans closed volume in past 12 months of $750,000–$1,000,000 per month.
• Established relationships with local referral networks.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and maintain active NMLS licensure.

• Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on appropriate products, terms and pricing.
• Navigate borrowers through the loan process and collect information with timely communication.
• Ensure accurate loan documentation and regulatory compliance while meeting sales goals.
