Job summary

Acrisure Mortgage, LLC is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator for its Scottsdale, AZ branch. The LO will build a robust referral network, interview clients, tailor loan advice, and guide borrowers through underwriting and closing with compliance and accuracy.

The role emphasizes proactive relationship-building, clear communication, and adherence to regulatory standards while achieving sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination experience.
• Documented residential mortgage loans closed volume in the past 12 months of $750,000 - $1 million per month in production.
• Established relationships with local referral networks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and maintain active NMLS licensure.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain a quality network of referral sources for mortgage lending opportunities.
• Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on suitable products, terms and pricing.
• Guide borrowers through the loan process with clear, timely communication.
• Submit clear and accurate loan documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Meet sales goals and maintain procedures in line with company policy.
