Acrisure Mortgage, Charlotte, NC, is seeking seasoned Mortgage Loan Originators to join our local branch. You will identify and develop referral networks, interview borrowers, and guide them through the loan process while ensuring compliance.

You will work with realtors and builders, collaborate with underwriting and processing, and strive to meet sales goals with competitive compensation and support from a dedicated marketing and training team.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination experience.
• Documented residential mortgage loans closed volume in the past 12 months of $750,000 - $1 million per month in production.
• Established relationships with local referral networks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
• Must meet NMLS SAFE Act requirements and maintain active licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and maintain a network of referral relationships for mortgage opportunities.
• Interview borrowers to determine needs and advise on products, terms and pricing.
• Guide borrowers through the loan process with clear, timely communication and accurate documentation.
• Ensure procedures comply with regulations while meeting sales goals.
