Responsibilities

• Assist clients from application to closing and resolve concerns.
• Build relationships with real estate agents, advisors, accountants, other professionals, friends, family and clients to market Rocket Mortgage.
• Consult with clients and analyze their financial situations to determine the appropriate loan product.
• Evaluate client finances and documents to ensure financing eligibility.
• Cultivate relationships with mortgage referral sources and market Rocket Mortgage.
• Advise and educate clients on home-buying or refinance process.
• Establish, develop and maintain a book of business to drive referrals and revenue.
• Provide top client service to every referral source and client.
• Stay up-to-date on Rocket Mortgage's product offerings and guidelines.
• Represent Rocket in community events to support business development.
