Job summary

Rocket Mortgage is seeking an Executive Loan Officer to be the face of Rocket Mortgage to clients. As a licensed mortgage loan originator, you guide clients through the mortgage process, from application to closing, using deep knowledge of loan programs and guidelines.

You will build relationships with real estate agents, advisors and clients to market the Rocket brand, advise on loan products, and stay current with product offerings. This role emphasizes client service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.
• Licensed mortgage loan originator with knowledge of loan programs and guidelines.
• Ability to advise clients and guide them through the mortgage process.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships to market Rocket Mortgage and help homebuyers obtain financing.
• Consult with clients to determine appropriate loan products.
• Evaluate client financial status and documents to ensure qualification.
• Cultivate relationships with referral sources and educate clients on the process.
• Stay up-to-date on Rocket Mortgage products and guidelines.
• Represent Rocket Mortgage in civic and community functions to drive lead flow.
