Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. The Senior Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks aimed at assisting clients with mortgage solutions. These tasks include but are not limited to originating loans, evaluating clients' financial situations, underwriting, processing loan applications, and providing exemplary customer service. The officer will need to maintain relationships with clients, partners, and lenders to ensure smooth loan processing and transactions.

Qualifications

1. Experience as Loan Officers and in the Mortgage Industry
2. Proficiency in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
6. Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
7. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
