Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Senior Implementation Technical Consultant to drive end-to-end Encompass Docs Solution (EDS) implementations for mortgage customers.

You will guide document configuration, testing, and deployment while coordinating with client teams and internal groups to ensure accurate requirements and timely resolutions. The role requires 5+ years in the mortgage space, strong project management skills, and proficiency with Encompass or similar LOS tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years mortgage industry experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Project management experience across multiple clients.
• Experience using ICE Mortgage Technology's Encompass or comparable LOS; EDS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage closing documents and eClose workflows.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and use of ICE Mortgage Technology solutions.
• Oversee and manage all implementation aspects for new/existing clients.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve problems and validate requirements.
• Document project requirements and expectations in CRM.
• Guide clients through EDS testing, including loan setup.
• Conduct client discovery to identify document requirements and gaps.
• Partner with PSO consultants for cross-functional delivery.
• Maintain departmental standards and service levels.
• Record timecards and handoff to Technical Support.
