Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor within Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan lifecycle, serving as the primary contact while the team provides regulatory and product support.

The role requires 3+ years in mortgage lending, strong communication, and knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines. You will build relationships, mentor others, and drive mortgage originations with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds expertise as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
