Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or real estate.
• Minimum six years of work experience in analysis of residential or commercial real estate, lending, or underwriting.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and participates in evaluation of mortgage loan collateral pledged to the Bank.
• Demonstrates leadership in departmental meetings and suggests process improvements.
• Develops and maintains financial spreadsheets, models, and collateral software systems.
