Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a combined 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience with at least 2 years in Default experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. The position offers compensation ranging from $22.61 to $37.67 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily reports outlining workflow and processing needed.
• Process claims according to guidelines within assigned service level agreements.
• Review claims for accuracy and ensure all invoices are included.
• Reconcile loans for final loss allocation and refunds.
• Adhere to compliance/operational risk controls.
