Qualifications

• Must have NMLS registration.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with loan underwriting guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Originate substantial mortgage loan volume and revenue.
