Qualifications

• NMLS registration required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and mortgage guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, USDA, VA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and by phone; pre-qualify prospects.
• Prepare and submit mortgage loan applications to processing and underwriting teams.
• Review AUS findings and coordinate rate locks when applicable.
• Maintain contact with clients and coordinators to manage the loan pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist team members and handle escalations as needed.
