Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences with 1 year of laboratory experience.
• Total education/experience up to five years may substitute for required education/experience.
• Experience in CLIA/CAP regulated laboratories and strong technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and validates molecular-based diagnostic assays for infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance.
• Writes validation proposals, reports, and SOPs for new methodologies.
• Leads analysts; guides experimental design and next steps.
• Performs clinical diagnostic testing with compliance to CLIA/CAP and federal regulations.
