Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in mold repair, toolmaking, or injection molding tooling.
• Expert knowledge of mold systems, materials, and wear mechanisms.
• Strong proficiency in GD&T, CAD/CAM, and advanced machining.
• Proven leadership in technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis of complex tooling failures.
• Own tooling reliability and drive long-term performance improvements.
• Oversee critical fits, tolerances, and final validation of tooling.
• Review CAD models and drawings to ensure manufacturability, serviceability, and repair effectiveness.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training as needed.
