Randstad USA is seeking a Master-Level Tooling & Mold Repair Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex plastic injection molds. This senior role demands precision craftsmanship, ownership of a full toolbox, and the ability to execute minor engineering changes.

You will work with Process and Plant Engineers, using CNC, EDM, and milling to repair components, operate overhead cranes and forklifts, and uphold strict OSHA safety standards in a high-utilization facility.

Qualifications

• Advanced role requiring mastery of plastic injection tooling and repair.
• Own toolbox and a broad set of mold making/repair tools.
• Experience reading tooling prints and electrical/hydraulic diagrams.
• Proven ability to perform preventive maintenance and minor engineering changes.

Responsabilités

• Maintain tools in optimal condition and repair molds.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor engineering changes.
• Operate CNC, EDM, and mills to repair/modify components.
• Collaborate with Process/Plant Engineers on process improvements.
• Keep accurate repair/change records and manage parts inventory.
• Uphold OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
• Lead teams in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting (8Ds).
