Job summary

LifeMade Products LLC, a Jadex Inc operating company, is seeking a Process/Mold Technician in Kentucky to maintain and repair molds and injection equipment, monitor cycles, and ensure repeatable, OEM-compliant processes.

This role requires hands-on problem solving, strong safety focus, and collaboration with engineering and production teams to reduce cycle times, minimize scrap, and uphold 5S and quality standards. Occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on injection molding experience.
• Familiar with PLC programming and electrical controls.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Ability to read prints and maintain tight tolerances.
• Strong safety and QA focus.

Responsibilities

• Work safely following OSHA and GMP requirements.
• Lead safety and quality-first tasks.
• Perform first article inspections and in-process checks.
• Complete production paperwork and shift reports.
• Follow control plans and QMS procedures.
• Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in preventative maintenance and tooling support.
• Improve processes to reduce costs and scrap.
