Qualifications

• Completion of a two-year technical or trade school program with emphasis on mold making preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mold maker or tool and die maker position.
• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead mold setting activities according to production plan and safety guidelines.
• Prepare molds for production and ensure they are accurately identified.
• Develop and train apprentices in mold maintenance and repair.
