Job summary

Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, collaborating with department leaders, and supporting factory initiatives. A strong background in semiconductor processing and team leadership is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of process engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field with required experience.
• Master's degree with required semiconductor experience and additional years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to meet safety, quality, equipment availability, DPML, training, and employee relations goals.
• Lead performance management, development, and employee relations for engineers and technicians in Thin Films Metals.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure consistency across shifts and functional areas.
• Support factory and segment initiatives through IMT, Production, and TMI teams.
• Act as a role model, upholding culture, behavior, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence by promoting safety, teamwork, and high performance.
