Job summary

Intel Corporation in Albuquerque, NM seeks an Experienced Hire to develop and execute tactical and strategic plans improving safety, quality, equipment availability, DPML, training, and employee relations.

You will lead a team of engineers and technicians in the Thin Films Metals Department, partnering with leaders to ensure consistent performance and results across shifts. This role is on-site in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering, plus 4+ years semiconductor process engineering experience.
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering, plus 2+ years semiconductor process engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor process flows and MBPS methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to achieve performance goals (safety, quality, equipment availability, DPML, training, employee relations).
• Lead performance management and employee relations for engineers and technicians in the Thin Films Metals Department.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure consistency in performance, execution, and results across shifts.
• Support factory and segment initiatives through IMT, Production, and TMI teams.
• Model organizational values and high standards for behavior, performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence by fostering safety, teamwork, and high performance.
