Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related field.
• Minimum of five years estimating experience in commercial modular construction.
• Experience with modular, prefabricated, or offsite construction; knowledge of drawings, specifications, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on architectural drawings, specs, and designs and follow up on estimates.
• Develop preliminary budgets, detailed estimates, and final bid proposals; identify cost savings without sacrificing quality.
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, transportation, and other costs for manufacturability and efficiency.
• Evaluate project risks and incorporate contingencies.
• Review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors; price change orders and red-line changes.
