Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior Modem ATE Test Engineer to lead digital test content for complex ASIC/SoCs and modems powering the Leo network.

You will own end-to-end ATE test development on Advantest 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX, drive test optimization, correlate wafer sort to final test, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• 7+ years in digital ATE test development, preferably in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience testing complex SoCs and modem devices in 7nm and below.
• Experience with Advantest 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX.
• Familiar with JTAG/boundary-scan and DFT/DFM.
• Experience with scan/ATPG, MBIST, Vmin, and loopback.
• High-speed SERDES testing at 100G+ with equalization and jitter analysis.
• Experience with wafer sort and final test ATE hardware.
• Strong written and verbal communication; willingness for travel.
• International travel during release-to-production.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and release digital test programs for ASIC/SoC and modem devices on Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFLEX.
• Build and debug scan/ATPG content for complex devices.
• Implement MBIST and memory repair flows.
• Characterize silicon performance and process variation with ring oscillator tests.
• Lead device correlation between wafer sort and final test.
• Reduce test time and cost while maintaining coverage and quality.
