Job summary

Moderna Therapeutics seeks an experienced ModelN Solution Architect to lead Revenue Management platform activities within the Digital Commercial organization. You will configure ModelN, define business requirements, and coordinate with Finance, Trade, and Digital teams to ensure compliant, scalable operations.

The role requires hands-on ModelN experience, strong governance, and ability to support end-to-end processes from contract setup to downstream reporting. Hybrid work is possible in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, Revenue Management systems, commercial operations platforms, or other regulated business-critical platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ModelN Revenue Cloud/Revenue Management, including configuration, reporting, or release validation.
• Strong knowledge of US pharmaceutical Revenue Management: chargebacks, rebates, pricing, Gross-to-Net, and wholesaler/specialty pharmacy processes.
• Experience in senior techno-functional roles connecting business processes with system behavior, data flows, and reporting needs.
• Experience with platform configuration, user administration, access controls, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior techno-functional SME for Moderna's Revenue Management platform, focusing on ModelN capabilities, configurations, and reporting.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Finance, and Digital teams to understand needs, define requirements, and support timely execution of requests.
• Develop and maintain standard reporting, audit extracts, and operational dashboards for control stakeholders.
• Monitor platform jobs, data flows, interfaces, and scheduled activities to ensure timely execution and issue identification.
• Coordinate resolution of integration issues with SAP, Boomi, EDI, and data teams.
• Drive SDLC activities for Revenue Management enhancements, including design, testing, deployment readiness, and post-production support.
• Support upgrade readiness, regression testing, and release planning with ModelN and partners.
• Maintain platform documentation, playbooks, and access-control records for compliance and sustainability.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve platform reliability and data quality.
