Job summary

Moderna seeks a seasoned ModelN Solution Architect to join the Digital Commercial team, driving RM capabilities in a senior techno-functional role. You will configure ModelN, define business rules, and coordinate data flows, reporting, and integrations with cross-functional partners in the US market.

The role emphasizes governance, compliance, and end-to-end SDLC delivery within a regulated pharma environment, with a strong emphasis on US RM processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with enterprise applications and Revenue Management platforms.
• Hands-on ModelN experience including configuration, reporting, or release validation.
• Strong understanding of US pharmaceutical Revenue Management processes (chargebacks, rebates, pricing).
• Experience as a senior techno-functional resource bridging business and technical teams.
• Experience with platform governance, SOX controls, and data integration.
• Hybrid work experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior techno-functional SME for Moderna’s RM platform focusing on ModelN.
• Define requirements and evaluate solutions with business and technical teams.
• Support ModelN configuration, data flows, reporting, and operational jobs.
• Coordinate integrations with SAP, Boomi, EDI, and master data teams.
• Drive SDLC activities for RM enhancements and deployments.
• Maintain platform documentation and control procedures.
• Support upgrade readiness, release validation, and UAT coordination.
• Ensure platform reliability, data quality, and operational resilience.
