Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Sr. Modeling and Simulation Analyst to provide onsite support in Arlington, VA.

The role focuses on applying modeling/operations research methods to inform warfighting analyses and wargames using diverse software tools. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of analytical experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Prior STORM or SWIFT experience is a plus, with a strong collaborative mindset and ability to work onsite as

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years of total professional experience.
1 year of general analytical experience.
Strong desire to expand modeling, simulation, and analysis expertise.
Familiarity with study planning/execution.
Able to work well in collaborative environments.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

Responsibilities

Inform analyses and wargames using a range of software tools.
Develop and execute analytical models and methods that support warfighting analyses.
Develop and execute campaign-level representations and analyses of U.S., allied, and adversary forces.
Apply inquisitive nature and a willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and analytical methods.
